In my recent roles as Director of Schools, Schools Quality Improvement Officer, Vice Principal, and Academic Advisor, I successfully led schools through accreditation and inspection processes with ADEK, SPEA, and Cognia. As a certified “Irtiqaa” Inspector, ELIOT Certified Assessor, and Cognia Evaluator, I have developed expertise in evaluating school performance, implementing best practices, and aligning with global educational standards.

My academic journey includes a Master’s Degree in International Education and Administration from Massachusetts, USA, and pursuing a PhD in International Education in the United States.
